Abstract:This paper proposes a structural model to analyze the relationships between drivers of internalization of quality standards, internalization of quality standards, and performance in the Spanish tourism industry. First, the paper proposes hypotheses based on previous studies about internalization of quality standards and then measures to test the research model using partial least squares (PLS) path modelling are presented.
